Mitch and I can understand that whole "when a girl dresses in her man's clothes" thing. It's really a very intimate theme, and both the poem and picture are absolutely lovely.

Okay so now that my squeeing is subsided for a few moments im going to gush about each thing individually now....ye be warned more squeeling may be involved.

Alright *rubs hands together* I am a lover of original poetry and i have to say that poem is just absolutly stunning, beautiful, emotional,and all together brilliant!! I really felt like i could picture the poem in my head it really drew me in as the reader and i am forever in love with its lovely stanza's.

And the picture, well......so many symbols....well mostly three i think that is so adorable kate in clankers big loose shirt that there is just *melt* His big clunkie barnacle boot....or more on of the pair i expect he's trying to coarse her into taking it off again whether to wear it or not. And then the bandanna! Its my favorite part of clankers attire how you can just grab onto it and reel him in as kate does on many an occasion. And her hair is just.....brilliant!

TO sum up it all its beautifully well written and drawn and im absolutly in love with it

*tries to recovering from defeaning squeeling* gah... I'm more then glad you like it. Kind of an apology pic. some of my work's been snatched, mainly my PotC stuff and gifts for another friend. they're signed so it's OK cause they can't steal it but I'll have to do it over...maybe they'll turn up. I don't know.
But I can't look anymore for them. I'm lucky I got on DA last night and today.
